Process We Follow

BUSLAM’s Development Services are involved throughout a product’s lifetime, you may have heard and be familiar with the term “Turnkey Projects”. BUSLAM’s utilizes a core set of strategies to target any investments minimizing the volatility and maximizing the returns, resulting in an economic cycle with a strong performance throughout. BUSLAM additionally is the direct development manager for each of our projects, providing consultancy and advisory services, and optimizing our existing network of relationships and resources. Our success has fueled our growth and strengthened our diversified and complete structure with an in-house professional team, which will inherently allow you to rejoice in the fact that we are able to bring any projects from the idea stage to its inception, conception, culmination and operation.

As a brief explanation of our approach, we cater to each investor’s needs channeling them to a specific project and project size, with the goal of finding a product that is suitable for said investor,
we then go through the process of land acquisition and project financing, design-build, final project closeout and operation whatever the desired goal is with the final product, inventory retention or inventory distribution.

As an Added Bonus, our diverse expertise does not limit us to the standard new construction project or renovation, we are able to undertake more complex projects for example; In a historic assets project, we are able to emphasize the historic preservation thereby maintaining the assets current value, and evolving it in a way that will create a unique and unparalleled product; In environmentally conscious assets, we become part of the projects lifecycle since the beginning stages and preparation of the Owners Program Requirements and Basis of Design, through the execution of all environmental requirements for the final issuance of any green building certification.
